MICAS s.r.l. was established in 1976 on the initiative of Mr. Cesare Proietti that proved by his strong already twenty years experience in the field of construction of moulds and mechanical equipment for the production of manufactures thermoplastic, focuses on the creation and growth of a reality that over the years have come to a staff of twenty-five employees.

The reference point of this development is the constant updating and technological progress (the first spark erosion machines, CNC milling machines and CAD-CAM software design go back to the early'80s) together with the training and development of human resources.
In an area where improvisation is impossible, expert operators in the use of advanced machine tools and the knowledge of the processes are necessary prerogatives to achieve the quality standards that the company has always pursued.

In the early'90s was created the production department with injection presses ranging from 18 to 280 tons, initially supporting the tooling department for tests moulds, but soon as genuine production department available to those customers who intend to secure a finished product quality through the proper use of moulds made by us and thanks to an adequate internal maintenance.
